How can I place an order?
The basis for placing an order in the online wholesale is to register on the unibella.pl website by creating an account. We make purchases in the online wholesale by adding the products we are interested in to the basket.
To place an order, confirm your selected products on the cart page, then select the delivery method and other details related to the order.
How can I pay for my order?
The following payment methods are possible:
cash on delivery - in cash to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. When placing an order, please inform the seller of this fact in the note to the seller.
What is the bank account number to which I should make the payment?
The bank account number is visible on the invoice issued for the order, please provide the order number in the transfer title.
How do I change my order?
To change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where should I provide the invoice details?
When placing an order, please provide the required data in the note to seller or send an e-mail with the data to shop@unibella.pl providing the order number.
Are the prices listed on the website net or gross?
Prices listed on the unibella.pl platform are net prices. VAT is added at the end of the order in the basket.
Can I use photos from unibella.pl in my online store?
The Copyright Policy explains all the rules for using the materials contained on the website.
Shipping and Delivery
What is the order fulfillment time?
Orders placed via the unibella.pl platform are fulfilled in the order in which they are placed. The order processing time is usually 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are fulfilled on the next business day.
What are the costs and delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the availability of the ordered products. We send your orders via a courier company.
Parcels up to 30 kg:
40 PLN cash on delivery.
Parcels sent with a receipt: PLN 40.

How to register in the online store?
Registration can be made in the tab: Log in .
After registering, wait for the confirmation of the company's data.
What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
To recover a lost password, use the password recovery option, select the "RESET PASSWORD" option from the login item.
Can I change the personal or address data that I provided during the registration process?
Editing of data is possible after logging in to your account in the "My Account" tab.
