Statute
General provisions
1. These Regulations define the rules of using the online store available at www.unibella.pl.
2. The UNIBELLA online wholesale store is run by UNIBELLA sp. z o. o. with its registered office at 14 Nadrzeczna Street, 05-552 Wólka Kosowska, NIP: 5223273281, REGON: 526614290.
3. unibella.pl conducts wholesale of products.
4. The Internet Platform can be used using computer equipment (mobile devices) with Internet access, via a web browser.
5. Prices given in the Store are given in Polish zloty and are net prices, excluding VAT. Prices do not include the costs of delivering the Goods.

4. The Customer may communicate with the Seller using the addresses and telephone numbers provided in these regulations.
Orders
1. Placing orders for products from the Store's assortment is possible after creating an Account.
2. The content of the online wholesaler unibella.pl does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Act of 23 April 1964, the Civil Code, and therefore placing an order by the Buyer does not mean immediate conclusion of a contract. By completing the order form, the Buyer makes an offer to buy a specific product.
3. The Seller undertakes, under the Agreement concluded in the manner indicated above, to execute the Order in accordance with the content accepted by the Seller.
4. The Agreement is concluded when the Buyer receives the Seller's declaration of acceptance of the Order placed by the Buyer.
5. Placing an order is tantamount to accepting the provisions of the Regulations.
Offered delivery and payment methods
1. The ordered products are sent via a courier company. The Seller is not responsible for the method and timeliness of delivery of the products by the courier company.
2. The customer can use the following delivery methods:
- Courier delivery with prepayment to the account,
- Courier delivery with cash on delivery.
3. The customer can use the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery
- Payment by transfer to the Seller's account
4. Detailed information on delivery methods and payment methods can be found on the store's website in the "Delivery and payment costs" tab.
Complaints
1. All products/goods offered by the Seller are brand new, free from physical and legal defects.
2. In the event of a defect in the goods purchased from the Seller, the Customer has the right to make a complaint based on the provisions of the Civil Code.
3. Complaints should be reported by telephone or electronically to the Seller's address provided in these Regulations.
4. It is recommended to include in the complaint, among other things, a concise description of the defect, the circumstances (including the date) of its occurrence, the details of the Customer submitting the complaint, and the Customer's request in connection with the defect of the goods.
4. The Seller will respond to the complaint request immediately, no later than within 14 days.
6. Goods returned under the complaint procedure should be sent to the address unibella ul. Nadrzeczna 14, GD5 lok B-32/34, 05-552 Wólka Kosowska with the note "Complaints".
Personal data in the Online Store
1. The Seller is the administrator of the personal data of Customers collected via the Online Store.
2. Personal data of Customers collected by the administrator via the Online Store are collected for the purpose of executing the Sales Agreement and, if the Customer consents, also for marketing purposes.
3. The recipients of personal data of Customers of the Online Store may be:
a. In the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store's courier delivery method, the Administrator makes the collected personal data of the Customer available to the selected carrier or intermediary carrying out the shipment on behalf of the Administrator.
4. The Customer has the right to access and correct his/her data.
5. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Regulations and required to conclude the Sales Agreement will result in the inability to conclude said agreement.
Final provisions
1. Agreements concluded via the Online Store are concluded in Polish.
2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations for important reasons, i.e.: changes in legal regulations, changes in payment and delivery methods - to the extent that these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations. The Seller will inform the Customer of each change at least 7 days in advance.
3. The Seller reserves the right to:
- withdrawal of individual products from the Internet Platform,
- changes in product prices on the Internet Platform,
- introducing new products to the Internet Platform.
4. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code; the Act on the provision of services by electronic means; the Act on consumer rights, the Act on the protection of personal data.
