use of information and advertising materials posted in the online store www.unibella.pl

The purpose of these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) is to define the terms and conditions of use of information and advertising materials, such as product photos, texts, graphics and logos and other materials or their fragments (hereinafter referred to as the Materials), posted in the online store operated at www.unibella.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

The owner of the Service is Unibella Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wólka Kosowska (05-552) at ul.Nadrzeczna14 GD5 B32/34, entered into the register of entrepreneurs by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0001062223, NIP: 5223273281


I. General provisions

1. Unibella owns all copyrights and related rights to the Unibella trademark, logos and product photos and other Materials posted on the Website.
2. The use of the Materials (in whole or in any part) is possible only under the terms set out in the Regulations.
3. The use of the Materials is permitted only by registered and verified entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as Customers) who have made purchases on the Website or in a stationary store operated by Unibella.
4. The Client who has the right to use the Materials does not have the right to further share them with other entities. The exception are Clients who are distributors of Unibella products, who have the right to further share the Materials provided that third parties comply with the terms of the Regulations.
5. Unibella reserves the right to withdraw consent to use the Materials at any time, which is associated with the obligation to immediately cease using them.

II. Rules for using the Materials posted on the Website

1. Customers entitled to use the Materials under the Regulations may use the Materials free of charge.
2. Customers have the right to use product photos placed on the Service’s product cards and photos posted in the form of banners.
3. It is prohibited to use photographs containing images of models.
4. Customers authorized to use the Materials may use them in whole or in part. However, it is prohibited to make any modifications or adaptations to the Materials, as well as to combine the Materials with other materials.
5. The materials may be used by Customers in online stores, social media and leaflets for informational and advertising purposes.

III. Final Provisions

1. The manner of using the Materials, together with any other materials or information accompanying them, may not violate applicable legal provisions, good customs or the good name and image of Unibella.
2. It is prohibited to use the Materials to illustrate or advertise products not purchased from Unibella.
3. The use of the Materials in a manner inconsistent with the Regulations will be considered a violation of the rights of Unibella and will result in legal liability based on generally applicable provisions of law, in particular the Act on Copyright and Related Rights.
4. The Client who intends to use the Materials posted on the Website is obliged to first familiarize themselves with the content of these Regulations.
5. Unibella reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations at any time. The changed Regulations are effective from the moment of publication on the website www.unibella.pl.


The regulations enter into force on 1 December 2024.
